Method Divide 40 patients w it emiplegic s oulder pain in- to observation group ( n= 20) and control group ( n= 20) by random coding extraction. Patients in control group receive rou- t ine re abilitation exercise. Patients in observation group receive neuromuscular ontology facilitation on scapular and upper limbs selectively based on routine re abilitation exercise for 4 weeks. Assess t e s oulder pain, upper limb movement func- t ion and ability of daily life activit y of patients in tw o groups before and after exercise by Visual Analogue Scale, Fugl- Meyer activit y scale ( FMA) and M odified Bart el Index ( MBI) respectively. Result T ere is significant difference on t e scores of s oulder pain, upper limb movement function and abilit y of daily life activity before and aft er exercise intervention in t e tw o groups. T ere is significant difference bet ween control group and observation group. Conclusion Neuromuscular ontology facilitation can relieve t e s oulder pain and improve t e upper limb movement function and ability of daily life ac- t ivit y obviously .
