泵体零件钻8-φ8孔专用机床设计 摘要 专用机床是根据工件加工需要，以大量通用部件为基础，配以少量专用部件组成的一种高效专用机床。由于组合机床能够进行多工位加工，提高自动化程度，缩短加工时间和辅助时间，而且组合机床大部分都是由通用部件组成，研制周期较短，便于设计，制造和使用维护，成本低。而且机床易于改造，产品和工艺变化时，通用部件还能重复利用，经济性较好。所以组合机床在大批量生产中的应用十分广泛。 本次设计中我主要负责主轴箱、夹具、通用进给系统及床身联系尺寸的设计。 在进行专用机床设计之前，要进行必要的调查研究。在调查研究中进行的主要工作有： 1、认真阅读被加工零件图样，研究其尺寸、形状、材料、加工部位的结构及加工精度和表面粗糙度要求等内容。 2．深入到专用机床使用和制造单位。为了全面细致地了解专用机床的有关知识，我们在指导老师的带领下，深入到汇翔的加工车间，参观了专用机床的工作情况，并听取了指导老师的详细讲解。 做好任何工作，掌握好调查研究的工作是必不可少的，只有这样才能全面、细致地完成各项任务，不至于在工作中出现茫然不知所措的情况。 由于时间仓促，设计之处难免有不足之处，还望各位老师多多指正。 关 键 词： THE DESIGN OF THE SPECIAL MACHINE FOR THE DRILLING 8-Φ7 HOLE OF THE PUMP ABSTRACT The assembly machine tools processes is according to the requirement of work pieces, and it is made of a lot of general use parts and a little exclusive use parts and it is a kind of a efficiently production machine. Because the assembly machine tool can process some parts together ,so it can boost to automate extent, and shorten the time of process，And that assembly machine tool is made of a lot of general use parts, short the time of design, and the it is convenient for designing, fabrication , the cost is low. And the machine tool is apt to be reconstructed, When the techniques route changes, the general parts can be reused again, so we use assemble machine tool is economical．So large numbers of assembly machine tools are applied in the machine industrial． I am responsible for what to design is designing spindle box , fixtures, generic processes feeding system and size relation drawing． Before the designing for the special machine, it is necessary to carry out the necessary investigations and studies. In the investigation and study, the major work: 1. Seriously read parts processing design, its size, shape, materials, processing location, the structure of the machining accuracy and surface roughness requirements and so on. 2. Go to the use and manufacture of machine tools dedicated units. To detailed and thorough understanding of the relevant knowledge for machine
