DC 链条葫芦
（DC Chain Hoist）
葫芦供电：必须是380V三相四线制，如工厂供电是三相五线制，则采用三箱加地线。如葫芦外壳带电，请检查接地线情况。
Power Supply: Must be 380V, 3 phase+ 1 earth(PE). If industrial power supply system is 3 phase +1 PE+ 1N, please select 3 phase+ 1 earth. Should the surface of hoist be with current leakage(above 100V), please check the earth connection.
葫芦没有任何动作，且没有任何显示，请检查电源插头。
No any display and any movement of hoist: Please check the power supply plug.
如没有行走机构，葫芦线路板的小车接口必须有短接线的数据插头。
No cross travel system attached: there must be a data cable plug with jumper in the cross travel control interface of PCB.
葫芦的上下动作需与手电门上的标志一致，如不一致，请更换电源的L2，L3 相。
The direction of hoist running: Must be conformable to the mark beside the pushbutton of pendant. Or exchange the power supply line: L2, L3.
葫芦每次启动，只能上下短暂运行，请检查葫芦上下运行是否与手电门一致，否则更换控制板上的编码器模块， 具体更换方法请与德马格技术服务部联系。
Hoist motor can only run in very short time for every activating: Please check the direction of movement which must conform to the mark beside the pushbutton. Or change the encoder module of PCB. For detailed, please connect with the technical service of Demag.
葫芦没有任何动作，但葫芦马达有噪音，且发热：请检查电源是否缺相，刹车的接线插头是否松动。
No any action of hoist, but the temperature of hoist motor surface is rising quickly and noise from the motor can be heard: Please check the power supply: no phase loss. Also check the brake wiring connection plug.
葫芦不能起吊额定的起重量，在得到德马格许可后，可以调节摩擦离合器。
The lift capacity is smaller than SWL: After getting permit of Demag, the friction clutch could be adjusted.
链条必须用随机的润滑脂润滑。上下运行时，链条必须在垂直位置。歪拉斜吊很容易造成链条系统(包括链条，导链板，链轮等)的损坏，并有重物跌落的危险。
Chain: Should be greased. Must be in vertical when hoist running. Or the chain system is easy to be worn which will resulted into load drop under chain broken.
DRC3-10 钢丝绳葫芦

葫芦供电：必须是380V三相四线制，且不带漏电保护开关（否则小车一开动，开关就跳闸）。如工厂供电是三相五线制，则采用三相加地线。如葫芦外壳带电，请检查接地线情况。
