The stochastic uniform variable is int roduced to stochastically o timize the diversion discharge of design. The calculation results are com ared with those of traditional certainty method, and the results indicate the o timal diversion discharge obtained can enhance both the city w ater su ly de endability and the agricultural irrigation de endability . Thus it can fully realize the w ater resource com rehensive utilization benefit in the dist rict.
