Abs tract: The w ater resources optmi al allocation model for optmi al operation of reservoir and optmi al
allocation of irrigation w ater in field w as established. Th is model w as calcu lated by real allocation
based accelerating genetic algorithm ( RAGA ). The resu lts show ed that benefit of irrigation district
w as promoted greatly w ith th ismode,l especially in the drying years and the calculatingm ethod of RA
GA w as reasonable and feasible.
