Methods 　Gene exp ression p rofiles aft er t reat ment wit h Rh2 in normal and t umor bearing mice were det ermined by Oligo chip t echnology as well as t he clu st ering and st ati stic analysi s of single gene . To furt her validat e t he microarray result s ,we u sed quantit ative realtime R TPCR to examine t he effect of Rh2 on individual genes. Results 　A s comp ared wit h normal mice , t reat ment wit h Rh2 changed gene exp ression more pot ently in mice bearing t umor . Theres no obviou s correlation on t he gene exp ression p rofiles between t he normal and t umorbearing mice . Treat ment wit h Rh2 was found to be ef fectively resi st ant abnormal gene exp ression p rofiles in some maj or or gan s t hat result ed f rom t he local im p lant ation of t umor . Conclusion 　The dat a showed t hat t here i s sp ecific regulation of gene exp ression p ro files relat ed to t umor by Rh2 in mice bearing t umor . Key words :Rh2 ; Oligo chip a ssay ; Gene exp ression p rofile 摘 　要 : 目的　研究人参皂苷 Rh2 对正常和荷肺癌小鼠基因表达的调节差异 。方法 　运用寡核苷酸芯 片技术 ,检测 Rh2 对正常和荷瘤小鼠的基因表达调节 ,并对差异基因进行聚类和统计分析 。为了进一步 验证芯片结果 ,我们使用实时荧光定量 PCR 方法检验 Rh2 对基因表达的作用效果 。结果 　与正常小鼠 相比 ,Rh2 对荷瘤小鼠的基因表达影响更大 ,二者的主要受调脏器也不同; Rh2 对正常和肿瘤小鼠基因 表达调节没有明显的相关性 ;Rh2 能有效拮抗局部接种肿瘤引起的荷瘤小鼠各脏器基因异常表达 。结 论 　R
