Abstract: Physical education contains multifarious meanings by understanding from broad sense. Although as an individual concept, health can be divided into
individual health and mass health. T he essential relation betw een physical education and health might be a relation betw een abstract concept and integral mean
ing, which human body is regarded as the center, focuses on human development and is related w ith many factors such as physiology, psychology, society, en
vironment, nutrition and so on. Physical education w ill play its role to health under the condition that has a close relation w ith above factors.
