Met hod s The expression of Ecadherin and lug w as detected by P imm unohis tochemical method in 80 cases of the cancer and the metastatic lymph nodes. Resul t s T here w ere significant differences in the expressions of Ecadherin and lug betw een N CLC and their corresponding m etastatic lym ph nodes ( Z = - 2. 009, P 0. 05) . In N CLC, the positive ex pressions of Ecadherin and lug w ere closely correlated with TNM stage, differentiation and lymphnode m etastasis ( Z= - 3. 142- - 2. 110, P 0. 05) ; the expression of Ecadherin was negatively correlated w ith that of lug ( r = - 0. 228, P 0. 05) .
