现代企业管理课程论文 题 目: 企业核心员工流失原因与管理对策研究 学生姓名: 学号: 专 业: 2012级人力资源管理 摘要:随着社会的进步,经济全球化的的深入发展,企业间的市场竞争愈加激烈。核心员工对企业的作用和影响也越来越明显和重要。核心员工凭借自身的专业知识,技能和丰富的管理才能,形成、保持、提升企业的核心竞争力。对企业的生存和发展至关重要。核心员工流失的管理是一个复杂长期的过程,如何针对核心员工流失进行有效的管理,制定适当的对策来解决核心员工的流失问题,是企业最为关心的问题。本篇论文,在查阅众多优秀相关文献、文库的基础上,详细阐述了核心员工的内涵、特征,从个人、组织和社会三个层面重点分析了其流失的主要原因,并从企业岗位工作、企业薪酬、企业文化和员工培训等方面提出了有针对性的管理对策。 关键词:核心员工;员工流失;管理对策 Abstract: With the advancement of society, in-depth development of economic globalization , the market increasingly fierce competition among enterprises . Core staff on the role and impact of enterprises has become increasingly evident and important. With its core staff of professional knowledge, skills and extensive management skills, to form and maintain , enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Survival and development of enterprises is essential . However, in todays society , the majority of companies are generally facing the serious problem of loss of key employees , the loss of key employees of the enterprise immeasurable loss . Loss of key employees of the management is a complex long-term process. How to conduct effective management for the loss of key employees, develop appropriate strategies to solve the problem of the loss of key employees, companies are most concerned about the issue. In this thesis , on the basis of access to many excellent literature , libraries , the core staff elaborated connotation , characteristics, from individuals, organizations and society focuses on the three levels of the main reason for their loss , and from corporate job to work corporate salaries , corporate culture and employee training targeted proposed management strategies .
