ADAMS virtual prototypebased multibody

Abstract: A multirigidbody sy stem dynami s model for a lamping me hanism is established through ana
lyzing the system dynami behavior and applying a me hani al dynami analy sis softw are ADAM S. The va
r ious omponents parameter s are al ulated and analyzed. T he optimal design prin iple is des ribed in de
tail through the design variables sensitive analysis in multi tr ials and r esults omparing. Several parameters
ar e hosen to perform the parameter s optimal design for the system a ording w ith the ideal outputs and
the influen e on the final results under optimal onstrains. T he theoreti al analysis and experimental re
sults an be w idely referr ed by the multir igidbody physi al prototype manufa ture.
