Th is m ethod had no crossreactionw ith Tox op lasma, Ep ery throzoon su is andN eosp ora. The low est de tection amount of DNA cou ld reach 15 fg. The detection results for 75 clinical sam ples show ed 62w ere positive and the positive ratew as up to 827% . The results ind icated that the nested PCR m ethodw as h ighly sensitive and specific, and cou ld be used for the early d iagnosis of acu te and latent infections ofT serg enti. Th is study provides a new w ay for clin ical detection, epidem iological investigation, mi port and ex port quarantine and laboratory stud ies on Tserg enti.
