2005 3 2 河南 中医学 院学 报 20 117 No.2 Mar. 2005 JOURNAL OF HENAN UNIVERSIT Y OF CH INESE MEDICINE Vol.20 Serial No. 117 Shugan Pi lls Influences on Gastrotesti nal Fun cti ons and Analgesia 1 1 2 史国举Shi Guoju ,李伯晗Li ohan , 张 杰Zhang Jie 1. 河南省上蔡县人民医院Peoples Hospital of Shangcai County, Henan Province; 2. 湖北中医学院Hubei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine : 目的: 研究舒肝 丸对小鼠胃肠运动大鼠胃液分泌的影响及其镇痛作用方法: 采用小鼠胃排空及小肠推进方法观察舒 肝 丸对胃肠运动的影响; 幽门结扎收集胃液观察对胃液分泌的影响; 对热板法和扭体法观察其镇痛作用结果:舒肝 丸能抑 制正常小鼠胃排空及新斯的明所致的胃排空和肠推进亢进, 对阿托品所致的胃排空肠推进迟缓有协同作用, 但不明显;能抑 制大鼠胃酸及胃蛋白酶的分泌,促进胃粘液的分泌; 可提高小鼠的热痛阈, 减少小鼠的扭体次数结论: 舒肝 丸具有抑制胃排 空,抑制胃酸胃蛋白酶分泌,促进胃粘液分泌及镇痛作用 Abstract: Objective: To study Shugan Pills influences on mouses gastrotestinal movement and rats gastric secretion and its role in analgesia. Methods: Gastric emptying and propelling of mouse w ere aplied to observe its influences on gastrointestinal movements. Gastric juice w as collected by pylorus ligation to boserve its influences on gastric secretion. Hot plate and tw isting w ere applied to ob serve its analgesia. Results: Shugan Pill coule inhibit gastric emptying of mouse and excess intestinal propelling caused by neostig mine. It also had a role of cooperation in gastric cmptying and delay in intestinal propelling and w asnt obvious. It could inhibit gas tric acid and pepsinia of rats and promote gastric secretion. It could improve valve value of hot pain and decrease tw isting of mice.
