29 1 Vol. 29 No. 1 2003 3 Journal of Gansu University of Technolo y Mar. 2003 : 2003) 低碳钢ATIG 焊活性剂的焊接性研究 张瑞华, 樊 丁 ( , 730050) : 利用自行研制的低碳钢AT IG 焊活性剂进行了各种焊接工艺试验. 试验结果表 , 使用本活性剂可使焊缝熔 深比常规的TIG 焊增加3 倍, 对12 mm 以下的低碳钢板对接无须开坡口, 可一次焊接完成并能单面焊双面成型. 焊 缝表面成型良好, 接头微观组织焊缝的化学成分和接头力学性能均不受影响. 焊接电流弧长焊接速度涂层厚 度和气体种类等均对焊接熔深的增加产生影响. : ATIG 焊; 活性剂; 低碳钢; 焊接性 : TG444 : A Study of weldability of activatingfluxforATIGweldingof mildsteel ZHANG Ruihua, FAN Din ( Colle e of Materials Science and En ineerin , Gansu Univ. of Tech. , Lanzhou 730050, China) Abstract: The weldin process test is conducted by usin activatin flux for ATIG weldin of mild steels. The testin results indicate that the penetration is increased 3 times compared with the conventional TIG weldin and, for the plates of 12 mm thick, the fully penetration can be ot in a sin le pass without roove preparation. With this flux, the appear ance of weld seam is fine, there is no effect on the microstructure, chemical components, and mechanical properties. The weldin current, travel speed, arc len th, coatin quantity, and type of shieldin as have effect on the penetration; and these weldin specification parameters would be optial if the flux presented was used.
