某大学 本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目: 苏州市隆鑫大厦通风及空调工程设计Ⅱ 学生姓名：*** 学 号：1**16210 专 业：建筑环境与设备工程 班 级：建环11-1班 指导教师：王** 教授 苏州市隆鑫大厦通风及空调系统设计（Ⅱ） 摘 要 ㎡ 根据节能、环保和可持续发展的原则，结合建筑自身的特性，对各种系统方案的比较和论证，本设计选用风机盘管加独立新风系统的空调方式。五、六层设有三台新风机组，单独供给室内，和风机盘管一起满足室内的热湿要求。七到十层每层设置两台新风机。地下库房 设计的最终成果包括：五到十层水管、风管平面图，五到十层水系统图，地下二层防排烟平面图，楼道及前室的加压送风原理图等。 关键词：风机盘管加独立新风系统 加压送风 机械排烟 Design of Ventilate and Air Conditioning for Longxin Mansion in Suzhou Abstract The main content of this graduation design is the air conditioning engineering designSuzhou Longxinmansion.Suzhou Longxinmansion,a total construction area of itis about 22029.0 . The ground 1-10 layers for the hotel lobby, KTV, office, conference room, rooms, bath, standard rooms,and so on.The second floor underground is parking, underground one floor for air conditioning room and kitchen. On the basis of the principle of energy saving, environmental protection and sustainable development, according to the characteristics of the building , through the comparison and demonstration of various system solutions selection of fan coil air conditioning mode of doas system. The floor ten layer adopt fan-coil unit plus fresh air system independently. Each layer of the ground system is equipped with the fresh air unit, single supply indoor, and fan coil units can satisfy the demands of indoor thermal wet together. Layer of underground garage, warehouse and cooling machine, such as fortification smoke, toilet set ventilator exhaust, reliable fire stairs outside window natural smoke exhaust. Corridor of five and six layerset up smoke exhaust system.
