骨巨细胞瘤中ＭＭＰ-９和ＴＩＭＰ-３的表达及临床意义 　　作者：曾弘,文剑明,李海刚,沈溪明,吴　　作者单位：1. 中山大学附属第二医院病理科， 广东 广州 510120; 2. 中山大学附属第一医院病理科， 广东 广州 　　【摘要】【目的】 研究骨巨细胞瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9， MMP-9)及其特异性抑制剂金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-3(tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-3， TIMP-3)的表达及临床意义。【方法】 用免疫组化SP法检测45例骨巨细胞瘤组织中MMP-9、TIMP-3的表达情况，以CD31标记检测微血管密度(micro vessel density，MVD)。【结果】 骨巨细胞瘤组织中MMP-9、TIMP-3阳性率分别为100%和91%，MMP-9表达与MVD水平存在正相关性(?字2 = 14.812，P = 0.001)，而且两者在复发组均显著高于非复发组(?字2 = 18.250，P = 0.000; t = -8.14， P = 0.000)，但TIMP-3在两组的表达在统计学上无明显差异，此外MMP-9、TIMP-3及MVD与组织学分级无关。【结论】 MMP-9、TIMP-3表达的不平衡可能会加速肿瘤血管形成并影响骨巨细胞瘤的复发。 　　【关键词】 骨巨细胞瘤; 基质金属蛋白酶; 金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子; 新生血管化 　　Clinical Significance of Matrix Metalloproteinase-9， Tissue Inhibitors of Metalloproteinase-3 Expression in Human Giant Cell Tumor of Bone 　　ZENG Hong1， WEN Jian-ming2， LI Hai-gang1， SHEN Xi-ming1， WU Dong-xia1 　　(1. Department of Pathology， The First Affiliated Hospital， SUN Yat-sen University， Guangzhou 510089， China) 　　Abstract： 【Objective】 This study was designed to investigate the clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinase-9， tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-3 expression in human giant cell tumor of bone. 【Methods】 The expression of MMP-9， TIMP-3 and micro vessel density were detected by immunohistochemical staining with monoclonal antibodies against MMP-9， TIMP-3 and CD31 in 45 cases of giant cell tumor of bone. 【Results】 The positive rates of expression of MMP-9， TIMP-3 were 100% and 91%，respectively.
