Therefore, t mor is also cognized as a kind of genopathy. A long w ith the affirmation ofmore andmore t mor-related gene, gene therapy offers a new channel for t mor therapy, and oc- c p ies a sign ificant position, moreover, it has become a kind of common m eans to overcome the t mor. Prmi ary hepatic carcinoma( PHC) is one of malignant t morsw ith the h ighest mortality in the w orld. The prognosis of most PHC is very bad, so PHC is constantly a sign ificant d irection of gene therapy investigation.
