省“高端外国专家团队引进计划”团队成员聘任意向书 甲方：厦门大学 乙方： （拟引进的团队成员） 为EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT OF INTENT FOR THE CANDIDATE OF “FUJIAN HIGH-END FOREIGN EXPERTS TEAM RECRUITING PROGRAM” Party A: Xiamen University Party B: （Candidate of the Program） In order to implement the talent-oriented strategy and innovation-driven strategy for developing Fujian province, and to accelerate the progress of introducing high-level experts into the University, meanwhile to protect the rights and interests of both parties, this agreement of intent is made in accordance with relevant provincial policies (under Fujian Foreign Experts Bureau) after equal and friendly negotiation between the two parties. Article One Party B should work or serve in Fujian for at least 1 month before December 30, 2015 after the application of the “Fujian High-end Foreign Experts Team Recruiting Program” is approved; and all of the members, except the leader, of that Program shall work accumulatively 2 months in total in the year of 2015. Article Two Having assumed the position, Party B is liable to energetically engage in scientific research, to intensify the efforts in research innovation, and to enhance the level of academic research. Party B is also obligated to foster high-level talents for Xiamen University, to strengthen its exchange and cooperation with renowned universities and colleges or research institutes in Europe and America, and to promote a leap-forward development in the international influences of relevant specialties and disciplines. Article Three On the conditions that Party B has been selected by the “Fujian High-end Foreign Experts Team Recruiting Program” and has got into office, Party A is responsible for providing Party B with fine working and living conditions from the Funding of this Program, under the relevant financial regulation.
