1997-2009 年中国各地区专利与经济发展关系研究 1 2 3 王丽颖 ，王劲松 ，王其文 （1．王丽颖 北京大学光华管理学院，北京100871； 2. 王劲松 北京大学工学院,北京100871； 3. 王其 文 北京大学光华管理学院，北京100871；） 摘 要：本文以中国各地区（省市）1997-2009 年的国内生产总值和专利申请与授予量的统计数据为基础，采用面板数据（panel data ）的分析方法，研究两者的关系，并以此来分析我国各地区近年来的科技创新能力。本文首先对我国近13 年来各地区的 专利申请和授权数量进行比较分析，对省市分别从专利申请和授权历史总量、近5 年增长速度、最近一年的数量和人均量这 四个方面做了比较分析，并在此基础上将各地划分为三个梯队。本文还应用面板数据模型来分析研究了三种不同类型的专利 对经济发展的促进作用，发现专利授权对经济发展有长期影响。 关键词：专利申请；专利授予； GDP ；技术创新 中图分类号：C93 文献标识码：A Study on the relationship between patents and GDP of provinces in China between 1997 and 2009 1 2 3 Liying Wang ，Jinsong Wang ，Qiwen Wang （1. Guanghua School of Management, Peking University， 100871） Abstract: Based on the patent quantity and GDP data of provinces/cites in China from 1997 to 2009, the authors use panel data to analyze the quantitative relationship between patent quantity, which is an output index of technological innovation, and Gross Domestic Product, which stands for the economic output of one country or region. And on this condition, the authors analyze technological innovation capability of provinces/cites in China in recent years. Firstly, this article makes a comparative analysis on the numbers of patent application and patent authorization of 31 provinces/cites in China during the past thirteen years.
