摘要 本文以为分析切入点，以JN银行，在激烈的竞争环境中取得一席之地。Abstract In this paper， the starting point for the analysis of BSC to JN Bank， for example to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the status of their current performance evaluation， problems and shortcomings of the internal anatomy commercial bank performance evaluation system that might exist on the concepts and methods， and research and construction of commercial banks performance evaluation system ， to the theory and practice of Chinas commercial banks guidance to optimize resource allocation efficiency of commercial banks ， improve the management level of commercial banks ， to gain a foothold in the competitive environment. Practice has proved that the balanced scorecard advantages of its unique and rare managed to conquer the world and many other difficulties， it is also the constant practice to perfect the use and development ， more show its strong vitality and broad applicability. Domestic Practice has proved that the Performance Management Balanced Scorecard applied to commercial banks is very useful and can help performance management more strategic objectives ， thereby effectively improve the level of performance management ， to ensure and enhance the development of commercial banks . Based on the above advantages and applicability of the Balanced Scorecard ， the paper performance evaluation of Chinas commercial banks from the reality view， Chinas commercial banks committed to come up with suitable BSC performance evaluation system to ensure its continued survival and better health development.
