上海精神医学 2006年第 18卷第 6 期 ·327 · ·论著 · 边缘型人格障碍的亲附类型及其 父母养育方式的研究 杨 　灿 　施琪嘉 ( ) 　　【摘要 】　目的　探讨边缘型人格障碍 Borderline Personality D isorder, B PD 的亲附类型及该人格障 碍的父母养育方式 。方法 　收集 B PD 病例 30例 ,采用成人亲附量表 、父母养育方式问卷测量工具 。结 果 　B PD 组与对照组相比 ,在安全和不安全类型分布上差异有统计学意义 。B PD 组男性与女性在安全 型和不安全型的分布上没有显著差异 。B PD 组父亲和母亲的情感温暖因子分值明显低于对照组 ;惩罚 严厉 ,拒绝否认 2个因子分值明显高于对照组 ;差异均有显著性 。结论 　B PD 亲附类型以不安全型为 主 ,不良的父母养育方式可能是 B PD 形成的危险因素 。 【关键词 】　边缘型人格障碍 　亲附类型 　父母养育方式 The descr iptive study of the adult a ttachm en t style and paren ta l rear in g behav ior of borderline persona lity d isorder 　Yang Can, S h i Q ij ia. Conclu sion : The m ajor adu lt attachm ent style of B PD is the in secure attachm ent and inapp rop riate p arental rearing behavior is a p robab ly risk factor of B PD. 【K
