路内停车对非机动车道通行能力的影响

摘要:为给非机动车道路内停车泊位的优化设置提供理论依据,运用交通冲突分析技术,研究了有机非隔离
带的路内停车对非机动车通行的影响,构建了路内停车影响下的基本通行能力模型;在此基础上,考虑影响通行
能力的因素非机动车道有效宽度、交通构成和时间障碍率,计算出相应的基本通行能力修正系数,得到路内停车
影响下的实际通行能力模型.实例应用结果表明:路内停车使非机动车道实际通行能力降低了14.04% ;通行能
力计算结果与实际值的误差为 ;距离隔离带开口近的泊位比较远泊位对非机动车的影响小
4.56% .
