Teach the word gum by holding up a gum. And teach the verb chew by chewing the gum. Call students attention to the pictures. Ask, What is happening in each picture? S4: A boy is looking at spiders and other insects in Picture 4. Say, Please check the things you liked to do when you were a child. Ask students to complete the work individually.
