T he allocation of w ater resources and protection of environment is very important to Golmud City. This paper predicts the w ater supply and demand of Golmud Cit y in 2010, w hich is based on the development of w ater resources sit uation of Golmud City in 2006 and the development plannin of Gol- mud City. The objective is t o max imize economic and social benefits.
