[摘要]近年来，在中国城市规划的学术论坛上关于城市历史文化遗产保护议题的探讨非常火热，各大高校也甚是钟爱，
再加上2012年的全国注册城市规划师的考试中大量出现有关历史文化遗产保护的考题，足以证明历史文化遗产保护工作的
重要性。历史文化街区的保护是历史文化名城保护中的一个重要组成部分，本文以哈尔滨的中央大街为例，探讨了关于城市
历史文化街区的保护问题。
