城市轨道交通与土地利用的集成及应用 摘要：城市轨道交通与土地利用规划是一互动的单向循环系统。在对城市轨道交通与土地利用的相互作用关系进行分析的基础上，指出目前城市轨道交通不仅仅为了满足城市不断增长的客运交通要求，更重要的是通过对土地使用的控制，发挥轨道交在城市发展中的积极作用，引导城市空间的有序增长，并形成城市空间发展与轨道交通之间的互动协调关系。本文还对轨道交通引入宁波市鄞州区提出了初步的设想。 关键词：城市轨道交通,土地利用,规划 The Integration and Application of Urban Mass Transit and Land Use Abstract: Urban mass transit and land use planning is a one-way interaction circulatory system. On the base of the analysis of the interaction relationship between urban rail transport and land-use, the paper points out that the current urban mass transit should not only meet the growing passenger demand, but a
