The p anic achieves it s legitimacy from it self . Also , t he developing count ries become weaker to counterbalance t his p anic under t he double - st an dar d regime . Wit h t he develop ment of financial globalization , when financial crisis happens in some count ry , t he dest ructive influences will p roliferate into ot her count ries , and which will also plunge t he developing count ries into systematic risk .
