Each entry must be within 10MB (except video) and stored on CD-ROM. 每一個參賽作品須以獨立的PDF檔案遞交。為使評委能按照報道發表時的原貌評審，每篇作品必須以發表時的樣式為準，不能重新製作。Each entry must be submitted by separate PFD file.
