探讨胫腓骨近关节骨折的临床治疗分析 【摘要】目的：分析胫腓骨近关节骨折的临床治疗方法和治疗效果。方法：收集我院2011年11月-2012年11月期间诊治的胫腓骨近关节骨折患者60例作为研究对象，以随机数字表分组的方式分为试验组与对照组，每组患者各30例。对照组患者采用常规外固定支架治疗，试验组患者采用T型AO外固定架治疗，对两组患者的骨折愈合情况、关节功能恢复情况、住院时间、平均骨折愈合时间及并发症发生情况进行分析对比。结果：研究结果显示，试验组患者的骨折愈合情况、关节功能恢复情况明显优于对照组(P0．05)，住院时间、平均骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组(P0．05)，试验组中有3名患者发生并发症，包括1例关节僵硬和2例关节疼痛，无一例骨痂，并发症发生率为10.0%，对照组中有10名患者发生并发症，包括3例关节僵硬和6例关节疼痛及1例骨痂，并发症发生率为33.33%，试验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P0．05)。结论：对胫腓骨近关节骨折患者采用T型AO外固定架治疗具有良好的临床效果，值得在临床应用上推广。 【关键词】胫腓骨近关节骨折；治疗方法；治疗效果 【Abstract】 Objective Analysis of tibiofibula nearly articular fractures of the clinical treatment and therapeutic effect. ?Methods Collected from November 2011 to November 2012 during the diagnosis and treatment of patients with fracture of tibiofibula joints near 60 cases as the research object, in the form of random number table group is divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group of patients. Control group were treated by routine external fixation support treatment, treatment group were treated by T AO external fixator treatment, the two groups of patients with fracture healing and joint function recovery, length of hospital stay, average fracture healing time and complications of analysis comparison.??Results healing time significantly shorter than the control group (P 0.05), the test way of three patients with complications, including 1 case of joint stiffness and 2 cases of joint pain, none of the callus, the incidence of complications was 10.0%, the control group of 10 patients with complications, including 3 cases of joint stiffness and 6 cases of joint pain and 1 case of callus, the incidence of complications was 33.33%, the complication rate of experimental group obviously lower than the control group (P 0.05).??Conclusion Of tibiofibula near joint fractures were treated by T AO external fixator in the treatment of good effect, is worth popularization in clinical application. 【Key words】Tibiofibula near joint fracture.
