本科生毕业论文 论文题目：湖北文理学院体育专业学生就业的影响因素分析 院 别： 体育学院 专 业： 体育教育 二〇一四 年 五月  摘要 近几年来，随着我省高校体育专业的不断扩招，学生的就业问题逐渐凸显出来。学生就业难，就业质量不高，就业率下滑。学生就业意向与市场之间有较大差距。一方面是城市好的对口单位学生进不去，另一方面却是农村学校学生又不愿意去，而现实恰恰是广大的农村急需大量的体育专业人才。造成这种两极分化的局面很大的原因在于这些准毕业生们在校期间并没有主动形成对自己未来职业规划的意识，才会导致就业时处于放任、盲目和无序的状态。本文针对这一突出问题对我校体育专业的在校学生进行调查，了解他们的就业意向，听取他们对职业生涯规划的建议，从而为有效地解决我校体育专业学生的就业问题提供参考依据。 关键词：?体育专业学生；就业率；就业意向；职业规划 Abstract In recent years, with the continuous expansion of professional sports in our province, the employment problems of students gradually emerged. Student employment, the employment quality is not high, the employment rate ofdecline. There is a big gap between the market and the student employment intention. One is the city, the county counterparts good students cant go inside, on the other hand, the rural school students are not willing to go, but the reality is the vast rural areas need a lot of sports talents. The polarization of the situation in large part because of these quasi graduates during the period of school is not active on the formation of their future occupationplanning consciousness. It can lead to employment in the laissez faire, blind and disorderly state. This article carries on the investigation to the Physical Education Department of our school students to solve this problems,understand their employment intention, listen to their suggestions to theoccupation career planning. In order to provide theoretical basis for effectivelysolving the employment problem of our school sports majors.
