If we take the implif ied mathematical model for the ob ervable to be one in w hich the ig nal i a umed to be propagating in a traight line and at the peed of light in vacuum , then the atmo pheric propag ation delay i def ined to be the difference between the true electrical path length and thi a umed traight line length, and may be implemented in the GAM IT oftw are.
