Abstract The neural abnormalit of the fetus is the most common malformations and ultrasonograph is the familiar
method to diagnose. A s a subtle clue, lateral ventricle has been w idel used in supervising b prenatal ultrasonograph . For
its noninvasive securit , economic, convenient, realtime imaging , has become t he preferred wa to check the fetus.
Magnetic resonance imaging as a pow erful complement to ultrasonograph , is the ultimate means of diagnosing fetal brain
deformit .
