However ，with the closing of physical limits and the evaluation of integrated circuit industry ，the emerging changes and opportunities of it will occur. This paper ，through the analy- sis of location ，technology ，industry and business mode of world integrated circuit ，proposes three phases of Chinas integrated circuit developmental mode :industry integration ，technology upgrade ，and business innovation.
