SolidworksWindowsSolidworks Solidworks Process planning of fork and Process design of a dedicated fixture Abstract The task of this subject is according to the characteristics of fork to finish a process of order. I designed two sets of special fixture which include rough milling of surface and drilling. Among them, the turning machine fixture used Cylindrical pin and the diamond pin which facilitate positioning of parts. Drilling jig used in drill set, which role is to determine the location of the axis to prevent the occurrence of tool deflection in the processing. Solidworks is the Windows of the original 3 D design software. The design process mainly uses Solidworks to do modeling, fixture stereogram, and the animation of the installation. This design is the foundation of mechanical manufacturing technology course of comprehensive application of knowledge, which trains our ability of analysis problem, problem-solving and the ability to find information.
