一节英语教学比武课的启示 2011年英语科国培学员 刘晓琴 指导教师 章静 摘要：本文记录并点评了作者在武汉国培做“影子教师”期间观到的一节较为成功的英语教学比武课，从以下几个方面总结出了在新课程标准下本节课值得借鉴的几个地方：英语课堂教学中要充分体现教师的主导作用和学生的主体性地位；教学要新颖、灵活、巧妙；教学效果要富有实效性。 关键词：英语课堂教学，成功的比武课，启示， 背景介绍：这是一节武汉某区成功的教学比武课。授课教师是一个有三年教学经验的男教师—王晓江老师。课在一个大多媒体教室进行，前6排座位坐学生，后面有听课评委和各校听课教师。上课内容是新目标人教版八年级上册的Unit 12 What’s the best radio station?.王老师的课排在下午第二节。听了大半天课，听课教师都有点累。（以下称王老师为 Mr. Wang, 学生们简称Ss.） 课堂实录： Step 1 Warming up and leading in Class greetings.
