M icrostructure of the nanostructured Al O - 13wt % TiO ( AT 13 compound coating sprayed w ith the optimal spray 2 3 2 parameters was analyzed by XRD, SEM and TEM . M icrohardness and fracture toughness of the coating w ere studied by Weibull distribution and w ear map w as established by w ear experiments .
