Abstract: T investigate the quality c ntr l f c mp und Tyl sin granule, the U V-spectr ph t meter
w as used t survey the c ntents f Tyl sin and baicalin in C mp und Tyl sin Gr anule. T he U V detec-
ti n meth d f r C mp und Tyl sin Granules w as established. The average rec very f T yl sin w as
96. 90% , the R SD w ithin a day w as 0. 0903% and the assay precisi n RSD betw een days w as
0. 1563% , the average c ntent f Tyl sin w as 9. 70% as w ell. T he average rec very f baicalin w as
101. 35% , the R SD w ithin a day w as 0. 5553% and the RS D betw een days w as 0. 4808% , the average
c ntent f Baicalin w as 5. 71% as w ell. Granularity , dry agravity, and nature f diss lve meet the re-
quirements. The grains prepar ed by the ptimum f r mulati n meet the requirements n quality and
c ntent, this meth d w as simple and accurate.
