105例老年下肢骨折患者的术后中医护理 TCM nursing of 105 cases of patients with lower limb fracture after operation 蒋国凤 郧县中医院护理部 （湖北 郧县 442500） [摘要]目的:探讨老年人骨折术后中医护理方法。方法:我科于2008年1月—2013年12月收治60岁以上老年下肢骨折患者105例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组52例，观察组53例。两组患者均经手法复位、夹板、石膏固定及牵引复位；或经皮穿针及开放复位等可靠内外固定。对照组术后常规护理，观察组给予有针对性的中医护理干预措施。结果:观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P0.05)，住院天数较对照组明显缩短(P0.05)，住院费用较对照组明显降低(P0.05)，患者对护理满意度明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论：老年人骨折术后在常规护理的基础上，加强情志疏导及饮食调护；结合针刺、穴位按摩、肌肉拿搓及中药熏洗、外敷、漱口、内服等，做好中医临证护理，有效减少了并发症发生，缩短了住院时间，降低了住院费用，提高了患者对护理工作满意度。 [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the fracture in elderly postoperative nursing method. Methods: from January to 2013 in our department in 2008 December were over 60 years old patients with lower limb fracture in 105 cases, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 52 cases in the control group, the observation group of 53 cases. Two groups of patients after manual reduction, plaster and splint, traction reduction; or percutaneous and open reduction and external fixation and reliable. The control group were given conventional nursing, the observation group given targeted nursing intervention measures. Results: the complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05), length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group (P0.05), and hospital costs were significantly lower than the control group (P0.05), patient care and satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the elderly fracture after operation on the basis of routine care, strengthen the emotional counseling and diet nursing; combination of acupuncture, acupoint massage, muscle rub and herbal fumigation, and topical, mouthwash, oral, completes the TCM nursing, reduce complications, shorten hospital stay, reduce the cost of hospitalization, improved patient satisfaction with nursing work.
