ZEN has great harm to both the liver system and immune system and has the possibility of triggering tumors. As ZEN and its derivatives commonly existed in agricultural products and animal feeds have great harmfulness, this paper reviews the extraction, purification and testing methods about ZEN to provide the references for similar studies.
