Through inve stigation and analysis, the p rob lem s are found m ain ly re su lt from the fo llow ing three a sp ects. F irst, studen ts lack the know ledge in fundam en tal civilization; second, even if studen ts have som e know l edge abou t that, it is qu ite sup erficial; th ird, studen ts lack fu rther know ledge abou t etiquette. Through the inve stigation among the studen ts who have got som e etiquette education and tho se who have not, it ’s found that education of etiquette is nece ssary and p ractical.
