2008 年 第 7 期 广 东 化 工 第 35 卷 总第 183 期 · 161 · 经验交流 TOPSIS 法在地表水体环境质量评价中的实践 谢翡 1 2 1 ，周琦 ，李蕊 (1 ．开封市环境监测站，河南 开封 475000 ；2 ．开封市环境科研设计所，河南 开封 475000) [摘 要]文章介绍了目前水环境的状况及水环境质量评价的紧迫性，并且从众多评价方法中选择了 TOPSIS 水环 境评价方法，介绍了它的原理及评价步骤，并且用它对开封市化肥河 2001 ～2005 年的水环境质量状况进行了评价， 建立了评价模型。最后通过计算比较得出了与实际相符合的结果。这条河流的水为劣 V 类，富含大量的重金属，但是 水质有逐年转好的趋势，这说明近几年开封市政府及环保局在这方面做出了一定的努力。另外分析了 TOPSIS 这种评 价方法的优缺点并提出了改进方法。 [关键词]水环境质量评价；TOPSIS 方法；化肥河 Practice of Using TOPSIS Method on Environmental Quality Assessment of Surface Water 1 2 1 Xie Fei , Zhou Qi , Li Rui (1. KaiFeng Environment Scientific Research and Design Institute, KaiFeng 475000, China) Abstract: The water environment conditions and the urgency of water quality assessment were introduced in the paper. The water environment assessment method of TOPSIS was chosen from many water assessment methods. The principle and assessment steps of TOPSIS were introduced, and the conditions of water environment quality in Kaifeng fertilize river were evaluated from the year of 2001 to 2005. The results showed that quality of the fertilize river was worse type V, which had rich heavy metal, however, the water quality had better trends annually, which explained that the government and environment protection agency had done some work in the pollution. The advancement and disadvancement of TOPSIS were analyzed, the solve methods were pointed. Keywords: water environment quality asse
