More than 70 medical staff from 70 hospitals all over the country took part in the class. More than 10 specialists from home and abroad gave speeches on pain, digestive symptoms, respiratory symptoms, spiritual symptoms and end-of-life care. The training class was hosted by Professor Shiying Yu, chair- men of CPRC and chief of Tongji Cancer Center, and Pro- fessor Duanqi Liu, chief of Cancer Center, the General Hospital of Beijing Military Region (Fig. 1).
