Recently, the solutions are widely used for time-delay systems based on active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) methodology. On the basis of the principle of ADRC, some design methods of ADRC for time-delay systems are reviewed. Then some tuning methods of active disturbance rejection controller are introduced. Finally, the application prospect is pointed out.
