In this paper, it analyzes the status of Shaanxi equipment manufacturing industrial cluster development, by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, in turn, the four representative industrial clusters brand of the industry are carried on the quantitative evaluation, it is found that the brand competitiveness of industrial cluster are at a low level, which reflects the overall development of shanxi equipment manufacture industrial cluster brand is relatively backward. At last, the article analyzes the effects and the roles of Shanxi equipment manufacturing industry cluster brand on the industrial clusters, and puts forwards its development countermeasure.
