吸氧与早产儿视网膜病变诸多问题的系统评价【摘要】? 目的 探讨不同吸氧方式对早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)的影响,补充目前ROP与吸氧关系诸多问题的研究内容，更好的剖析目前的研究现状，找出解决ROP的最佳用氧方案。方法 计算机检索Cochrane图书馆(2007年第1期)、MEDLINE(1966～2006)、EM base(1966～2006)和中国生物医学文献数据库(1979～2006)，收集所有吸氧与ROP关系的系统评价及随机和非随机对照试验，质量评价后进行Meta分析。结果 就目前资料，对ROP的发生率的影响有如下倾向，即未吸氧面罩高频吸氧（HFV，110～118次/min)面罩+HFV(110～118次/min)。结论 ROP与吸氧关系诸多问题的细则尚无定论，要彻底解决这些问题，需要多中心前瞻性研究才能完成。 【关键词】? 早产儿；低出生体重儿；视网膜病变；吸氧；早产儿视网膜病变 The systemic evaluation on the related problems about oxygen inhalation and retinopathy in premature infants?
