Shenzhen City took the lead on developing community parks and the constructions of the past five years have attained excellent results. From understanding the development process of community parks in Shenzhen, and on the base of the analysis of concept and characteristics of community park, the study of domestic related research, and the comprehensive surveys of construction status of community parks in Shenzhen, the current main problems in construction are analyzed, and the related recommendations are put forward, to provide reference for the construction of community park in the future.
