离子色谱法同时测定饮用水中的十种无机阴离子 林华影、李一丹、林瑶、张琼 摘 要 [目的]建立能同时测定水样中F—、ClO2—、BrO3—、Cl—、NO2—、Br—、ClO3—、NO3—、PO43—、SO42— 等十种无机阴离子的方法。[方法]采用离子色谱法，选用IonPac AS9分离柱，9.0 mmol/L NaHCO3为淋洗液，水样经沉淀脱色后，过滤进样分析。[结果]能简便、快速、有效地分离检测水中的十种无机阴离子。方法的相关性好(r＞0.9991)，线性范围广、检出限低（0.013～0.092mg/L），RSD＜2.28% ，样品加标回收率94.0～103.0% 。同时对测定的酸碱度、共存非测定离子、相邻离子间等干扰因素进行研究，确保测定的准确性，结果令人满意。[结论]本法干扰小、灵敏度高、结果准确、操作简便，对多种水样适应性好，适合水中十种无机阴离子的同时检测分析。 关键词 离子色谱 同时测定 饮用水 阴离子 Simultaneous determination of ten sorts of inorganic anion in water by ion chromatography Lin Huaying，Li Yidan, ,et al. Fuzhou center for disease control and prevention, Fu Zhou, 350004, China Abstract [Objective] To establish a new method for quantitative detection of inorganic anion in water including Fluoride、Chlorite、Bromate、Chloride、Nitrite、Bromide、Chlorate、Nitrate、Phosphate、Sulfate. [Methods] Ion chromatography was applied. IonPac AS9 was selected as the seperation column, 9.0mmol/L NaHCO3 was eluent. After deposited、decolored and filtrated，The samples was injected and analysized. [Results] Enable to easily and effectively separate and deteminate ten sorts of inorganic anion in water. In this method, good relative(r＞0.9991), broad linearity range, low detection limit, good analytic accuracy and precision were obtained（RSD％＜2.28）.The average recoveries rates were between 94.0% and 103.0%. Interferential factors such as acidity alkalinity、coexist non-determinating ions and neighbouring ions were also studied to ensure results accuracy. [Conclusions] This methond is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It has good adaptility to various water samples.
