And then, the cold rolled copper sheetswere annealed at 180 and 200 respectively. The effectsofm echanicalproperty changes and deform ation con- ditions of annealed copper sheets on the plasticity, the resistance of deformation and m icrohardnesswere analyzed. The mechanism of strain hardening and the effects of annealing on themechanicalproperties of cold-rolled pure copperwere discussed. The results show that the strength of pure copper after cold-rolled is mi proved obviouslyw ith a peak value of 4393MPa, and them icrohardness falls bewt een 847 to 96 HV001. After annealing, the tensile strength and m icro- hardness of the cold rolled pure copper decrease, but the elongation increases obviously. However, the pure copper ap- pears low temperature hardening effectwhen it is annealed at 200 .
