基于PLC控制的污水处理系统 摘 要 本文主要介绍了 PLC在废水处理中的具体应用，系统介绍了废水处理工艺流程以及废水处理的实施方案，达到节约水资源的目的。充分考虑现实生活中校园生活区较为狭小的特点，力求达到设备体积小，性能稳定，工程投资少的目的。同时，采用SBR废水处理技术，此技术工艺参数变化大，硬件设计选型与设备调试比较复杂，采用先进的PLC控制技术可以提高SBR废水处理的效率，方便操作和使用。为了提高污水处理的运行管理水平， PLC是该系统的重要组成单元，各单元按一定拓扑结构互连构成污水处理的控制系统。研究结果表明，该系统不仅具有较强的并行协调处理能力，而且具有高可靠性、灵活性和可扩展性，以及高速处理能力等优点。 关键词：PLC SBR废水处理 控制系统 工艺流程 Abstract This article mainly introduces the specific application of the technology PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) in wastewater treatment, and it discusses the whole process and the implementation of wastewater treatment as well in order to achieve the purpose of water conservation.The fact we should take into account during the design of the wastewater treatment system is that the living area on campus is usually small, so we should try to make the devices of the system small and work stably, and to lower the investment for the project. Meanwhile, in the application of SBR(Sequencing Batch Reactor) for the wastewater treatment, given some facts of this technology, such as the variation of its technical parameters, the complexity of the design for the control system and in its performing adjustment, the application of the control technology PLC could obviously improve the efficiency of SBR during the processing of the treatment and make it easy to operate and use. To improve its operation and management, PLC should be regarded as an essential composition unit with all the other units interconnecting within a certain topological structure to compose the control system for the wastewater treatment. The study shows that, a system like this does not only have a strong capability in adjustment, parallel and high-speed processing, but has a high reliability, flexibility and scalability.
