　　《中国医学创新 》第 11 卷 第 3 期 （总第 285 期 ）20 14 年 1 月 临床研究 Linchuangyanjiu 产前超声诊断胎儿先天性膈疝67例 蒋敏姬① 【摘要】　目的： 方法： 　　 分析在胎儿先天性膈疝 的产前诊断中应用超声技术 的价值 。 回顾性分析 2009 年 5 月 -20 13 年 5 月 67 例先天性膈 疝胎儿 的超声表现。结果：经产前超声检查发现 ，67 例先天性膈疝胎儿主要有纵隔移位 的超声表现 ，胎儿上腹部 的正常解剖形态消失 ，且 具有心脏移位 的现象 ，另外其他多处地方也有畸形情况 。结论：产前超声检查对及早发现先天性膈疝具有重要意义 ，对及早进行诊治起到 一定 的促进作用 。 【关键词】 　　 　胎儿 ；　产前诊断 ；　超声技术 ；　先天性膈疝 　　Prenatal Ultrasound Diagnosis of Fetal Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia in 67 Cases/JIANG Min-ji.//Medical Innovation of China， 2014，11（03）：050-051 　　【Abstract】　Objective：To analyze in the prenatal diagnosis of fetal congenital diaphragmatic hernia in the value of the application of ultrasonic technology.Method：67 cases of congenital diaphragmatic hernia fetal ultrasound findings were analyzed retrospectively from May 2009 to May 20 13.
