ABSTRACT The currentmarket demand for greater precision tube diameter are concentrated in the 18mm to
76 mm, ith a diameter is lo , qualitymore light, quality demanding strict on the surface etc, as such pipe at the
end of the straightening machine, using pinch to roll illbe sent to steel line for the pipe, the current the angle of
pinch roll cannot be adjustable and the vertical straightening lines, often ill rotate for ard tubes hurt, effect the
quality of the pipe straightening. The angle is adjustable for the pinch roll, the problem s are resolved. The technolo-
gy is used in 5 80 unit. The reference for a ne building precison tube staightening machine is put for ard.
